We believe that everyone should have the skills, knowledge and confidence to be able to assist when an accident or medical emergency happens. In most few minutes in these situations are critical, and a first aider can make all the difference if they know what to do. We offer a range of internationally certified first aid courses for a range of business sectors, including childcare, office works and sports coaches.

Our first aid course are designed to give you the basic skills to save a life. Our courses teach you:

1-day Emergency First Aid

Our internationally recognised 1 Day Emergency First Aid Course is designed for those working in an environment that requires you to provide first aid in the workplace as well as anyone who wishes to learn certificated first aid. Every workplace should have a suitable number of employees trained to provide first aid assistance in a medical emergency.

Is this course suitable for me? (Pre-requisites)

To attend the Emergency First Aid Course, you must meet the following pre-requisites prior to the course start date
1) A minimum of 16 years old.
2) A good understanding of written and spoken English.

The 1 Day Emergency First Aid Course is suitable for people working in a wide range of sectors, which including offices, retail shops and sports coaches. It is also suitable for anyone that wishes to gain knowledge and skills that could save a life.

What will I learn on the course?

Throughout the course, you will take part in a combination of theory and practical sessions in a wide range of topics, including casualty assessment, CPR, and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Shock, bleeding, heart conditions and stroke.

Is there an assessment at the end?

At the end of the course, you will complete a multiple-choice question paper based on the content you have learnt on your course. You must answer at least 80% of the questions correctly to pass the question paper.

You will also be assessed on your practical first aid and rescue skills throughout the course. If you do not pass any sections, you can be reassessed within 28 days of the initial assessment date, once you have had more time to practice the areas you have been unsuccessful in.

How long is the certificate valid for, and how do I renew it?

The 1-day Emergency First Aid certificate are valid for 1 year from the assessment date. In order to renew your certificate, you are required to attend a 1 Day Emergency First Aid update course prior to your certificate expiry date. We will contact you when your certificate is coming up for renewal to let you know the details of upcoming ride attendant update courses.

How much does the cost?

The 1 Day Emergency First Aid Course costs BD 40 + 5% VAT per person. This fee includes all course materials, initial assessment and license fees.

2-day Provide First Aid

Our internationally recognised 2 day Provide First Aid Course is designed for those working in an environment that requires you to provide first aid in the workplace, particularly where there is a medium to high risk of work-related injuries. Every workplace should have a suitable number of employees trained to provide first aid assistance in a medical emergency to both employees and customers.

Is this course suitable for me?

To attend a Provide First Aid Course, you must meet the following pre-requisites prior to the course start date
1) A minimum of 16 years old.
2) A good understanding of written and spoken English.
The 2 Day Provide First Aid Course is suitable for people working in a wide range of sectors. It is also suitable for anyone that wishes to gain knowledge and skills that could save a life. The 2 Day Provide First Aid Course is also incorporated into our Pool Lifeguard Course.

1) A minimum of 16 years old.
2) A good understanding of written and spoken English.
The 1 day Emergency Paediatric First Aid Course is suitable for people working in a wide range of childcare sectors. It is also suitable for anyone who wishes to gain knowledge and skills that could save a child’s life.

Our internationally recognised 3 Hour Basic Life Support and AED course is designed to give you the skills and knowledge to perform CPR and use an Automated External Defibrillator in an emergency.

To attend a 3 Hour Basic Life Support and AED Course, you must meet the following pre-requisites prior to the course start date:
1) A minimum of 16 years old.
